Citizens of the World is a musical organisation where people from many cultural backgrounds and lived experiences find sanctuary in creating a rich and unique community. Ours is a space where everyone’s voice is valued.
Through the universal language of music and the shared pursuit of artistic excellence, we:
- create friendship and belonging.
- amplify seldom heard voices.
- build bridges across cultures and communities.
Since 2017, we’ve been inspiring audiences and changing perceptions by performing on stages from the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury Festival to the Royal Opera House and Shakespeare’s Globe to live on BBC TV and Radio, to name just a few.
